2020-2021 registration is open now through June 30th! A few announcements:
Coupon Code Reminder: 2019 families received a refund for the cancelled spring session by either check or coupon code. Don’t forget to use your coupon code if you got one! Contact the registrar, [email protected], with any questions.
EXTRA: EXTRA teams are tryout teams that offer a higher level of competition. Most kids do NOT register for EXTRA, so if you see two registration options for your child, take a look and pick the one you want. As far as EXTRA, we have coaches for 10U boys, 12U girls, and 19U coed, so only those kids will see two registration options at this point. Tryout dates will be announced separately.
Payment Plans & Reduced Fees: Don’t forget we allow you to spread your payments over three months at no cost should you want to do this. We also offer reduced fees for those in need -- contact the registrar, [email protected]
Registration Includes Fall and Spring Sessions: We try to have eight game weekends both in fall and spring (but weather can cut things short.)
Volunteers: Please join the team making soccer happen for all the kids. In addition to coaches, we need:

Referees - teens, parent, and grandparents wanted; training provided

Assistant Referee Coordinator – recruit, train & organize referees for U10+ home games

Age Group Coordinators & Assistants – (one per age group) form teams, create schedules, & solidify team leadership

Field Helpers - painting, net maintenance, etc

Assistant Registrar – assist with annual registration

Assistant Marketer -- post to Facebook, put up signs, etc.

Coach Mentor - visit coaches, offer tips, encourage training

Safety Monitor - keep an eye on things from a safety perspective

Assistant Registrar - answer parent questions, handle cancellations, etc

Auditor - check our expenses and make sure everything is proper

Costs. The board worked on a couple things, division pricing and COVID pricing. As far as division pricing, we adjusted costs by age to more accurately reflect expenses by age. There is more work to do in this area (by more accurately tracking equipment costs by age group), but we are happy with the initial results.

The fees above include $20 to National and $2.75 to Sports Connect, the registration system. (Dick’s Sporting Goods was seemingly operating the system with no cost to us or other leagues. But they sold it off to Sports Connect, who is collecting fees to run the business.)

The $2.75 fee to Sports Connect is “per checkout,” so if you register several kids together, you’ll just pay the $2.75 once instead of per child.
Additionally, because of COVID/uncertainty, we decided to have a “flat” registration fee as opposed to offering early registration discounts. This allows families to delay their registration decision without “penalty” and it allowed us to calculate more exact/best prices.
